Helen E. Dougherty Helen E. (Barr) Dougherty 87 of Horsham, PA passed on February 14, 2016.  Beloved wife of the late Willian E. Dougherty. Helen loved working at the Hatboro-Horsham Cafeteria for many years.  She is the Loving Mother of Helen Granger, William E. Jr., Joseph, James and John. She is also survived by one brother Edward Barr, 15 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday from 10 to 10:50 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 317 Witmer Rd., Horsham, PA. 19044 followed by the Funeral Mass at 11 AM.  Interment Whitemarsh Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Special Olympics, 980 Harvest Drive, Blue Bell, PA. 19422.   Services entrusted to the Joseph J.
