Helen Jean Howe Mrs. Helen Jean Howe, 84, of Philadelphia, passed away Sunday, July 28th, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Howe was born in Scranton, PA on December 29, 1928, the daughter of the late Stanley and Althea (Mitchell). She worked as a cashier at a rest stop on the PA Turnpike. She is survived by loved ones.
