Henry J. Oleksiak, Jr. passed away after a long battle with cancer on June 28, 2012 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia to the late Henry J. and Olivia Oleksiak Sr. He is survived by a sister, Deborah Oleksiak of North Wildwood NJ. Services are Private
