Henry J. Szulinski passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Brighten at Bryn Mawr in Bryn Mawr, PA. Mr. Szulinski was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. He worked as a chemical engineer for Rohm Haas in Philadelphia, PA. Henry attended Sacred Heart Church in Swedesburg, PA. Mr. Szulinski was a US Navy veteran of WW II. He served as a Quartermaster 2nd Class from 1943 to 1946 in the Pacific and European Theatre of Operations. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Frank and Bertha Szulinski. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Jeanette M. (Pecella) Szulinski; a son, Michael A. Szulinski and his wife, Jane of Wayne, PA; two grandchildren, Jake and Jill; and a sister, Irene Godlewski and her husband, Thomas of Daytona, FL. He was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Fiakowski. Relatives and friends are invited to Henry's viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 from 6 to 8pm. Funeral services and entombment will be private at the request of the family.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Henry J. Szulinski's memory to Heartland Hospice, 460 Norristown Rd., Suite 101, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
