Howard Fischer went to be with our lord on 12.30.22

Howard was born in Philadelphia pa on august 1,1960

His passion was in diesel mechanics and working on trucks and car's. He worked at Watkins Trucks in New Castle de for over 30 years. He was fond of Nascar, Horse Racing, Old cars, and music. Howard was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his sisters Barbara Fischer, Samantha Kosloski, Judy Fischer and Mary Wood. Brother's John Fischer, Joe Fischer (Deceased)
