Howard E. 'Jack' Tassoni

Howard E. "Jack" Tassoni passed away peacefully on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Mercy Suburban Hospital in E. Norriton, PA. He was 78. Mr. Tassoni was a resident of Plymouth Meeting, PA. He worked as a custodian for the Upper Merion Middle School for 27 years, until his retirement in 1993. Jack was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Church in Audubon, PA. He was also a former member of the Norristown Orioles. Jack was born in Ardmore, PA on May 4, 1934. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 49 years, Barbara (Frederick) Tassoni; a son, Charles A. Tassoni and his wife, Heather E. of Plymouth Meeting, PA; three grandchildren: Jake C., Josephine A. and Charley M.; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his guardians, Julie and Pat Farina; and a brother, John Tassoni.Relatives and friends are invited to Jack's Prayer Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 2:00 pm. His viewing is Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:50 pm, at the funeral home.
