Immacolata (Iannella) Capone

Immacolata (Iannella) Capone passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 23, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at her son’s residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 93. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA, and was recently a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. Immacolata loved to knit and crochet, but most of all she loved being with her family. Born in Montella, Italy on January 2, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Salvatore and Angela (nee Moscariello) Iannella. She was the wife of the late Salvatore Capone, who died in 1998. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Anthony A. “Tony” Capone and his wife, Becki, of King of Prussia, PA; 4 daughters: Carmelina Bozzacco and her husband, Rosario, of King of Prussia, PA, Vincenza Bifulco and her husband, Luigi, of King of Prussia, PA, Annarita Bozzacco and her husband, Alessandro, of Montella, Italy and Patrizia “Patty” Recupido and her husband, Michael, of Bridgeport, PA; 10 grandchildren: Gioia (David), Michelle (Dan), Gennaro (Lauren), Cathy, Claudio, Immacolata (Francesco), Immacolata, Sofia, Vera and Jerry (Megan); 7 great-granddaughters; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Gaetano, Ernesto, Virginio and Mario. The family will receive relatives and friends at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 9 to 10:45 am, with a Funeral Mass at 11 am. Interment will be at St. Augustine Cemetery in King of Prussia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Immacolata’s memory to Mother of Divine Providence Parish or Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School, both to 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406.
