Irene K. Elliott

Irene K. (Kupczyk) Elliott passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Frederick Living in Zieglersville, PA. She was 106. Born in Camden, New Jersey on May 28, 1920, she was a daughter of the late John and Petronela (Pulczynska) Kupczyk. Irene grew up in the southwest area of Philadelphia and married her first husband, Barney Wagner in 1942 and had her first son, Bernard. Irene moved to King of Prussia where she married Charles Differ the love of her life in 1950, having her second son, Ronald and a daughter, Andrea. She later married Richard Elliott in 2004. Irene moved to Glen Hardy C.C. until she had a stroke. After her stroke she moved into Arcadia Pointe until the past year when she moved to Frederick Living. Irene was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bridgeport, PA and worked at the Sheraton as a hostess, the Pennsylvania Railroad as an office worker and in the J.C. Penny’s accounting room. She was a member of the Bridgeport Lions Club, where she was on the board and past president. Irene loved her Polish Heritage. She enjoyed life, traveling, dancing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Surviving are her loving family including two sons, Bernard Wagner and his wife, Beth and Ronald Differ and his wife, Nina; a daughter, Andrea Hufstader and her husband, Bill; 9 grandchildren: Jennifer Laigaie, Stephanie Cann, Jason Wagner, Megan Wagner-McIIwain, Mike Wagner, Meridith Differ, Abigail Differ, Morgan Hufstader and Wesley Hufstader; 14 great-grandchildren: Connor, Justin, Nick, Max, Madison, Samantha, Cody, Shane, Mason, Autumn, Brooke, Grayson, Romie, and Ron; and many close friends and family.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Richard Kupczyk and a sister, Regina Manning.

Relatives and friends are invited to Irene’s viewings at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb Street, Bridgeport, PA on Sunday July 26, 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, and Monday, July 27, 2026 from 10:00am to 11:00am, with her Prayer Service starting at 11:00am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery in King of Prussia, PA.
