Irene P. Pudelka

Irene P. Pudelka, a cherished mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly at home on June 15, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on October 1, 1929, in Newark, New Jersey, Irene's life was marked by an enduring devotion to her family and her community. She had various jobs throughout her life including Seamstress and Food Service worker at Methacton High School in the 70's.

She is survived by her children: James Pudelka (Connie), Diane Creasy, and Paul Pudelka (Debbie). Her loving legacy extends to seven grandchildren: Matt Hunsberger, Julie Hunsberger, Brad Pudelka, Anna Pudelka, Carly Gebhard, Joe Pudelka, and Lauren Meck. These family members will carry forward the warmth and kindness that Irene embodied throughout her life.

Irene was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Patrick and Margaret Matta, née Rachko; her devoted husband, Paul Pudelka; her son, David Pudelka; and her grandsons, Adam Hunsberger and Bryan Pudelka. Their memories remain deeply cherished by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Visitation BVM Church, 196 N Trooper Rd, Eagleville, PA 19403, on June 23, 2026, from 10:15 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the same location, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The service will conclude with interment at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002, starting at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.

Irene’s steadfast spirit and the love she shared will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
