Jacqueline Marie Salotti, known to many as Jackie, was born on August 14, 1953, in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, to John and Mary Dupont.
On April 17, 1976, she married Stephen Salotti, beginning a marriage rooted in a shared faith and a deep connection to God that guided their lives together. In 1977, they settled in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, where Jackie spent the remainder of her life bettering her community and the members in it.
Jackie found her true calling as an educator, dedicating decades of her life to teaching and nurturing young minds. She believed strongly in the power of personal connection and never passed on an opportunity to engage with others, both friends and strangers alike.
Her greatest pride, however, was her family. She is survived by her husband, Stephen; her sons, Stephen (Jennifer), Nathaniel (Jean), and John (McKenzie); and her twelve grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and lovingly called her Mommom.
She is also survived by her sister, Yvonne D. Schultz; and her brothers, Mark G. Dupont and Thomas M. Dupont.
Jackie will be remembered for her generosity of spirit, steady guidance, and the care she showed to everyone she encountered. Her influence will continue through her family, her former students, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Fairview Village Church on January 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., as family and friends gather to honor and give thanks for her life.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jacqueline’s name may be made to Lighthouse Christian Camp: Lighthouse Christian Camp - Lighthouse Christian Camp Ministries
