James Jim' Carr

James "Jim" Carr passed away peacefully on Friday, November 19, 2010 at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. He was 51. Mr. Carr was a resident of Bridgeport, PA. He worked as a driver for Pennoni Associates. Jim enjoyed playing internet poker and riding his Harley. Born in Norristown, PA on October 26, 1959, he was a son of Winnie A. (Carr) Knoebel and her husband, Robert Knoebel of Bridgeport, PA. Surviving is his loving family including his mother and step-father; a son, Andrew J. Nuskey of Norristown, PA; a daughter, Amanda Ryan Carr of Bridgeport, PA; two brothers, David H. Knoebel and his wife, Amy of W. Chester, PA and Steven E. Knoebel of Absecon, NJ; two sisters, Bobbie Jean Kelly and her husband, Terry of King Manor, PA and Beth Wharen of Reading, PA; and many nephews and nieces.He was preceded in death by a brother, Jay Rambo and a sister, Kathleen McKelvey. Relatives & friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at St. Augustine R.C. Church, 464 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:30am. His viewing is Tuesday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the church. Interment in St. Augustine Cemetery, 201 DeKalb St., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Friday, November 26, 2010 at 12noon.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jim's memory to the Intensive Care Unit of Albert Einstein Medical Center, 5501 Old York Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
