James Joseph Gallagher passed away peacefully on Monday, December 26, 2011 at Neighborhood VNA Hospice in West Chester, PA. He was 69. Mr. Gallagher was a resident of Malvern, PA. He worked in the banking industry. Born in Hazelton, PA on December 19, 1942, he was a son of Richard M. Gallagher and Cecelia C. (Fescina) Gallagher. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
