James Michael Hye, 55, of Pemberton, NJ passed away Sunday, April 14th, 2019 peacefully, at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden, County. James was born in New Brunswick, NJ on June 8, 1963, son of Edwin Eugene Hye and Kathleen Patricia (O’Neill) Hye James is survived by his wife Tracy (Trudell) Hye, his two sons Andrew and William Hye, his brothers and sisters Sheila Hye-Smith, Kevin Hye (Kathy), George Hye, Eugene Hye (Shelly), Patrick Hye (Suzanne), John Hye (Linda), Bernard Hye (Nancy), Theresa Hye-Zorn (David), Brigid Hye-Stolowski, Jennifer Hye, several nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his father and sister Kathleen Hye-Hoyt James attended Manalapan High School class of 1981 and graduated through his service as an OSSR in the United States Navy, where he received the following awards, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Meritorious Unit Commendation Award, Korean Presidential Citation Award James was a volunteer at the Englishtown Fire Department and The American Legion He worked as a Diesel Mechanic at American Athletic Track & Turf Southampton Twp. NJ 08088 Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass followed by a luncheon reception to be held at; St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, New Jersey, 08015 at 10:00 am.
