James W. Palmer, Jr

James W. Palmer, Jr. passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was 60. James was a resident of Levitown, PA and was a graphic designer for Northeast Plastic Company. He was a veteran of the US Army.Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 28, 1949, he was a son of the Delores M. (Burroughs) and James W. Palmer, Sr. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 36 years, Michele Y. (Talley) Palmer, and 3 sons. He was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Palmer.Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
