James P. Wallace, Jr.

James P. Wallace, Jr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Mercy Suburban Hospital in E. Norriton, PA. He was 67. Mr. Wallace was a resident of Norristown, PA. He played soccer for Upper Merion High School. Jim was a US Marine Corps veteran, serving 3 tours in Vietnam in Radio Communications. He went to Chef School in Philadelphia, PA and worked as a chef in the food and catering industry until his retirement. Jim enjoyed soccer, listening to old music and lifting a few with friends. Born in Philadelphia, PA on June 6, 1947, he was a son of the late James P. Wallace, Sr. and Elizabeth J. (Conway) Wallace. Surviving is a daughter, Mary Robbins of Trinity, TX; a step-son, Stanley Owoc of Norristown, PA; a sister, Jackie Manson and her husband, Sam, of Cocoa, FL; an aunt, Doris Wallace of Royersford, PA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
