Jamie worked as a HR Specialist in the telecommunications field.Born in West Islip, NY on September 5, 1955, she was a daugher of James E. Puphal and Coralee L. (Studle) Puphal. She was the wife of Chet L. Adams.Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
