Jane C. (Amos) Perry

Jane C. (Amos) Perry passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. She was 86. Jane was a resident of Royersford, PA and was formerly a long-time resident of Bridgeport, PA. She worked as a cafeteria manager for Bridgeport Elementary School for over 25 years. Jane was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Bridgeport, where she previously taught Sunday school for over 25 years. She enjoyed baking, gardening, crafts, and the Phillies. Most of all, she loved spending time with her loving family.Born in Ellen Gowen, PA on December 28, 1928, she was a daughter of the late George "Elmer" and Olive "Blanche" (Short) Amos. She was the wife of the late Gerald B. Perry. Surviving is her loving family including three daughters: Beverly R. (Ronald Ellow) of Aston, PA, Debra L. (Richard Cavello) of Audubon, PA and Kimberly J. (Jack Holz) of Royersford, PA; four grandchildren: Douglas Ellow, David Ellow & Joshua Ellow and Robert Cavello; four great-grandchildren: Gabriel, Emma, Violet and Sawyer Ellow; and a sister, Florence Inama of Tamaqua, PA. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.The family will receive relatives and friends at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgport, PA on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 6 to 8pm, and Wednesday from 10 to 10:50 am. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Sky-View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seasons Hospice, 140 Nutt Rd., Phoenixville, PA 19460.
