Jason was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 23, 1983, a son of Joanne (Caruso) and Joseph McGarrigle. Jason is the beloved husband of Melessa (McNally) McGarrigle; Loving father of Jason Michael Jr. and Meadow Lynn; dear son of Joanne and Joseph McGarrigle, brother of Joseph D., Grandson of Carol Caruso, nephew of Mimi Waldron and Dan Caruso (Lori), cousin of Bobby and Renee. and son-in-law of Thomas P. and Diane (Fetchen) McNally, Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Wednesday, May 26th from 9:30-11:00 AM followed by his religious service at 11 AM both at the Hoffmann Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Ave., Bensalem, PA.
