Jeanette V. (DiFillippo) Pultorak passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Chester, PA. She was 81. Mrs. Pultorak was a resident of Plymouth Meeting, PA. She graduated from Bridgeport High School, class of 1955. She worked as an X-ray Technician at Sacred Heart Hospital and then later for the University of Pennsylvania. Jeanette was a devoted member of St. Paul R.C. Church in E. Norriton, PA. She volunteered with Catholic Social Services and enjoyed gardening, using flowers to make arrangements and wreaths. She was passionate and meticulous about her lawn, as many landscapers across the county would attest. Jeanette was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan who liked to listen to WIP Sports Radio and was a vigorous armchair quarterback. She enjoyed traveling and family meals with her beloved sister and loving brother-in-law. She also loved her weekly dinners with her Saturday night crew. Most of all, Jeanette relished spending time with her family, bringing them together for Sunday dinners. She was famous for her homemade “gravy”, killer meatballs and many other Italian and Polish traditional dishes. Born in Norristown, PA on July 18, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Alexander S. and Stella V. (Grabowski) DiFillippo, and the wife of the late Joseph J. Pultorak. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Cheryl Ann Kiedaisch of Telford, PA; a son, Christopher J. Pultorak and his wife, Mary, of Evanston, IL; four loving grandchildren: Ava Grace, Cydney Alexa-Sonny, Jack William and Luke Joseph; a sister, Dolores M. Salamone and her husband, Richard, of E. Norriton, PA; and many other loving family members and beloved neighbors, especially those who watched over her. She is preceded in death by her niece, Dawn Marie Salamone. Relatives & friends are invited to Jeanette’s viewing at St. Paul R.C. Church, 2007 New Hope St., E. Norriton, PA on Tuesday, March 26 from 9 to 9:50 am, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 am. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, W. Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jeanette’s memory to Catholic Social Services Food Pantry, 353 E.
