Joan C. Bowers

Joan C. (Flail) Bowers Passed away peacefully on Monday October 8, 2012, with her family by her side, she was 75.  Life long resident of Philadelphia, daughter of the late George E. and Matilda Flail, sister of the late Doris (Flail) Cullen, beloved wife of Thomas W. Bowers, mother of Thomas F. Bowers (Meg) and Christine R. Stotesbury (James), and endearing grandmother to Joseph J. Pelensky and Brandon T.
