Ciliberti, Joann Marie, (Jennie) formerly of Tacony, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2020 in Philadelphia, PA. She was born on November 27, 1924 to the late Mary (nee Scardino) and Vincent Angiolillo. Joann is the beloved wife of the late Michael Ciliberti, Sr. and the beloved sister of the late Frank Angiolillo, the late Andrew Angiolillo, and the late Angela Fral. In 1947, she married Michael Ciliberti, and together they raised their four children, the late Michael Joseph Ciliberti, Jr.; Mary Boucher-Pue (Bruce), Joanne Daulerio (Joe), Joseph (Kathleen). Cherished grandmother of Theodore, Nicole, Joseph Jr., Gina, Kaitlyn, Joey; Loving great grandmother of Jack and Amelia. Per her Grandchildren, Jennie made the best tasting meatballs in the world. She spent her years as a homemaker and volunteer librarian at St. Leo’s School where she enjoyed mentoring students and contributing to the betterment of the greater St. Leo’s and Tacony communities. Joann was a devoted member of the Vogt Seniors “Morning Glory Club” where she enjoyed interacting with other Philadelphia seniors and participating in trips to Atlantic City. There will be a private family viewing. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Maternity B.V.M Church. A private Interment service will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
