John Edward Arnold

John E. Arnold John E. Arnold, 89, of Wyncote, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Holy Redeemer Hospital. He was the husband of Jane E. (Sulzbach) Arnold for 58 years. They were married at St. Fidelis Church in College Point, NY. John was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 1, 1928, a son of the late Florence M. (Sullivan) and Alfred William Arnold. John was a proud graduate of North Catholic High School, The University of Pennsylvania and Temple Law School. He was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown, PA. John was a member of the Knights of Columbus and served on the board of St. Joseph's Manor for many years. He worked as a Realtor for over 6 decades and formed his own Real Estate Company in 1972, where he was the Broker of Record until retiring in 2015. John is survived by his beloved wife Jane, loving children John Arnold (Anne), Kristin Arnold Viscariello (Anthony), David Arnold (Sharon), Elizabeth Arnold, Robert Arnold (Donna), Katherine Weiss (Martin), Thomas Arnold (Cindy), William Arnold (Anne), Sarah Arnold, Deirdre Arnold Blankenship (James), Michael Arnold (Kristin) and James Arnold (Jaime). He is the devoted grandfather of John C. Arnold, Christopher Arnold, Michael Viscariello (Jillian), Kristina Lopez (Steven), David B. Arnold, Nicole Arnold, Joseph Arnold, Blaise Arnold, Sean Weiss, Katherine Weiss, Andrew Arnold, Claire Arnold, Laura Arnold, Erica Arnold, Carolyn Arnold, Patrick Arnold, Abigail Arnold and Amanda Arnold. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 4th at Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing 9:30 to 10:15 AM on Saturday, February 4th at Immaculate Conception BVM Church 602 West Ave. in Jenkintown, PA. His interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Autism Speaks or The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
