John J. Beaty, Jr.

John J. Beaty, Jr., 68, of Bellbrook, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018, at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. He was born March 27, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of John J. and Mary Joan McDonald Beaty. He was a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University and retired from Pepsico. He is survived by a daughter, Kim (Todd) McManus, of Xenia, Ohio, a son, Ian Beaty, of Fairfax, VA, grandchildren, Haley and Gavin, five brothers, Kevin Beaty, Patrick Beaty, Brian Beaty, Terrence Beaty, and Raymond Beaty, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. A memorial visitation was held on Thursday, January 18, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Family and friends are also invited to his visitation on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 11 AM to 12 PM and memorial service at 12 PM both at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046. His interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Phila., PA. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity in his memory.
