John Charles Chuck' Eckman

John Charles "Chuck" Eckman, III, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at his residence in Perkiomenville, PA. He was 59. Mr. Eckman owned and operated J.C. Eckman Automotive Inc. in King of Prussia, PA. Born in Norristown, PA on March 3, 1950, he was a son of the late John C. Eckman Jr. and Anne S. (Stanley) Eckman. Surviving are his loving family including his beloved wife of 36 years, Hattie T. "Beth" (Trinsey) Eckman; three daughters, Elizabeth E. Danenhower and her husband, Michael of Pottstown, PA, Hattie K. Eckman and her husband, Justin Hamarich of Pottstown, PA and Melanie A. Eckman of East Coventry PA; "DyDy" to his seven grandchildren: Cassie, Sophia, Nicholas, Madeline, Ayden, Owen and Gabriel; a sister, Linda E. "Lynne" Smith and her husband, Howard of Columbia, SC; and many nephews and nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service at The Bacchi-Courtney Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 7:00pm.
