John 'Jack' E. Forrest

John Edwin (Jack) Forrest, Jr., 63, of Bridesburg, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 14th, 2017 at his residence. . John was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 12, 1953, a son of the late Catherine (Crisolo) and John Edwin Forrest. Jack is the beloved husband of the late Diane (nee Dallas), Loving father of Kelly Forrest, Devoted Grandfather of Jacquelyn Boatright, Beloved brother of Donna Browning (Dave), Brian K (Mary Ellen) and the late Deborah A. and was dearly loved by his many nieces and nephews. Jack was proud to have earned Eagle Scout and had a passion for cars and motorcycles. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday May 17, 2017 from 7-9 PM and Thursday May 18 from 10-11 AM both at Hollen Funeral Home, Thomas J. Fluehr FD, 3160 Grant Ave. West of Academy Rd. in Philadelphia, PA 19114. His interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home.
