John A. Keplinger passed away on July 14, 2026 at his residence in Audubon, PA. He was 93 years old. John was born on September 23, 1932 in Port Providence, PA to the late Emily (Saville) and John W. Keplinger. He attended Audubon Elementary School and Norristown High School and after graduation he joined the United States Army. John’s father started the family business on Egypt Road in Audubon, PA, John W. Keplinger & Sons, where they sold flags and banners. John took over the family business from his father and kept it running up until right before his passing.

John was the eldest of five children. He is survived by one brother, Kenneth Keplinger; as well as nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, William and Robert Keplinger; and his sister, Edna “Sis” Keplinger Rapp.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 10, 2026 from 10-10:30am at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb St. Bridgeport, PA 19405. A memorial service will begin at 10:30am. Inurnment will be private.
