John Michael Kuhna

John Michael Kuhna passed away peacefully on Monday, June 7, 2021, surrounded by his family at his home in King of Prussia, PA. He was 83. Mr. Kuhna was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bridgeport, PA. He enjoyed boating, fishing and watching sports. John loved spending time with his family and friends, especially their gatherings down the shore. He was a US Army veteran. Born Norristown, PA on July 12, 1937, he was a son of the late Stephen and Susan (Hustak) Kuhna. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 62 years, Phyllis Ann (Evelyn) Kuhna; a son, Gary M. (Kristine) Kuhna; a daughter, Sharon Kuhna (Jim Davis); two grandchildren, Kevin M. Kuhna and Mark S. Kuhna; a great-grandson, Colton Kuhna; three sisters: Anna Marie Lauro, Elizabeth Warman and Mary (Harry) Venezia; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by brothers, Stephen and Michael Kuhna; and sisters, Dorothy Freed and Florence Tomzuck. Relatives & friends are invited to John’s viewing at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 9 to 10:00 am. His Funeral Mass will follow at Sacred Heart Church in Bridgeport at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA.
