John D. Jack' Mcallister

John D. "Jack" McAllister, Jr. passed away on Monday, December 20, 2010 at Neighborhood VNA Inpatient Hospice in West Chester, PA. He was 59. Mr. McAllister was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and was a 1969 graduate of Upper Merion High School. He also was a 1973 graduate of George Washintgon University and a 1986 graduate of Delaware Law School of Widener University. Jack was a partner for over thirty years at Century 21, John D. McAllister, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA. He has been associated with the King of Prussia Chamber of Commerce, King of Prussia Rotary and he also coached for several years for the Upper Merion Baseball Association. He was a member of the Century 21 Brokers Council, the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and a member of the Bar in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 8, 1951, he was the son of the late Mona Grace (Hill) and John D. McAllister, Sr. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 34 years, Shirley A. (Skilton) McAllister of King of Prussia, PA; four daughters: Katherine H. Eck and her husband, Brandon of King of Prussia, PA, Margaux H. McAllister of San Francisco, CA, Jacqueline D. McAllister of King of Prussia, PA and Patricia G. McAllister of Chicago, IL; three granddaughters: Allison, Carolyn and Amanda; a sister, Carolee M. Camphausen and her husband, Joel of King of Prussia, PA; and two nieces, Tiffany Kurish and Laurel Camphausen. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 11:00am. Jack's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday morning from 9 to 10:50am, at the funeral home.
