John C. Jr., 65, of Ardsley, PA passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023. John was born in Germantown, PA to the late Grace (Dreyer) and John C. Sims, Sr.

Beloved husband of Betty Anne (nee Cassidy). Loving father of Nathan and Lisa. John is also survived by brother and sister-in-law; Tim and Eileen Gilmour and niece and nephew; Katie and Michael Gilmour, brother-in-law Tom Cassidy and mother-in-law Betty Cassidy.

John, better known as “Jack”, spent his life in Ardsley, PA. He was a business owner of metal and iron work and a big sports fan of the Philadelphia teams. Nicknamed the “Grill master” he loved to spend his free time barbecuing for family and friends, including delicious Sunday breakfast, which was always so appreciated. He will be missed by all that knew him.

We love you, rest in peace.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, September 30th from 10-11 AM followed by a service at 11 AM both at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046.
