Joseph A. Andreoli

Joseph “Joe” Andreoli, 91, formerly of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at Gloria Dei Estates.

Joe was born on April 26, 1935, to Antonio and Lena Andreoli (Bonauto). He graduated from Jenkintown High School in 1952, and worked as a Supervisor for PECO for 35 years, before taking an early retirement. He married his high school sweetheart, Jacqueline Fox, on October 26, 1956. Joe loved golf, reading historical novels, and vacationing at Brant Beach on Long Beach Island for many years with his family. He also loved baseball, and never missed a Phillies game. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved watching the “Honeymooners” with Jackie Gleason and Art Carney. One of the highlights of his life was visiting the WWII Cemetery and surrounding historical sights in Normandy, France.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Jackie (nee Fox); his daughters, Linda McCabe (Vince) and Laura Garvey (James), two grandchildren, Michael (Elizabeth) and Katie-Lin (Mark); and three great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Violet, and Francis. He was preceded in death by his parents.

It was Joe’s wish to be cremated with no service, and to have his ashes scattered in the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breathing Room Foundation, 8310 Brookside Road, Elkins Park, PA, 19027. A luncheon celebrating his life will be held at a later date.
