Joseph Charles Bellitta, Jr. passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 11, 2009 in Norristown, PA. He was 43. Joe was a resident of Norristown, PA and was a member of Holy Saviour Church in Norristown, PA. He worked as a material handler for the former Handy & Harman Tube Company in E. Norriton, PA and most recently he was a driver for Suburban Food Services in Concordville, PA. Born in Norristown, PA on October 24, 1965, he was the son of Stella E.(LaPenta) Bellitta of Norristown and the late Joseph C. Bellitta, Sr. Surviving are his loving family including his mother; a sister, Joanne M. Bondi and her husband, Joseph of Trooper, PA; his companion, Maria E. Powell of Norristown and her children: Ramona, Anthony and Maria Grace Powell; also many aunts, uncles, and cousins.Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at Holy Saviour Church, 409 E. Main St., Norristown, PA 19401 on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 10:00am. His viewing will be Monday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church. Interment will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joseph's memory to the American Heart Association, Montgomery Co.
