Joseph A. Church' Churchill

Joseph A. "Church" Churchill, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Phoenixville Hospital. Joseph was born in Norristown, Pa. on February 19, 1939, son of the late Andrew and Jennie (Marine) Churchill. He was a resident of Douglassville, Pa. and formerly of Bridgeport, Pa. He worked as a Microfilm/Printer at General Electric-Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, Pa., for 27 years retiring in 1998. He is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and a former member of the Triple-S Sportsman Club, Bridgeport, Pa. He graduated from Bridgeport High School, class of 1958. He enjoyed traveling and watching football, especially the Washington Redskins. He is survived by his loving family including his wife of 54 years, Joyce A. (Davis) Churchill; a son, Joseph A. Churchill and Diana Dotterer of Boyertown, Pa.; a daughter, Deborah A. Gratzinger and her husband, Michael M., of Schwenksville, Pa.; a grandson, Jason Walker and his wife, Alexis; a great- grandson, Kalleb Walker of Hilton Head, SC; two brothers, Salvatore Desimone and his wife, Rochelle, of LaPlata, MD and Anthony Churchill of Philadelphia, Pa.; a sister, Theresa Winnemore and her husband, Joseph, of Swedeland, Pa.; brother-in-law, William Davis and his wife, Linda, of Emmaus, Pa.; and nephews and nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Churchill's Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, Pa. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 11am. Entombment St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, Pa. His viewing will be Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:50 am, at the Church.
