Joseph E. Doyle

Joseph E. Doyle passed away on Monday, October 26, 2009 at Paoli Memorial Hospital in Paoli, PA. He was 82. Mr. Doyle was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA. He worked as an electrical engineer for the Strainsert Company in W. Conshohocken, PA. Joseph was a US Navy veteran of WW II, serving as an ensign from 1944 to 1946.Born in Norwood, PA on December 27, 1926, he was the son of John F. and Josephine (Burns) Doyle. Surviving are his loving family including three sons, Christian G. Doyle of Baltimore, MD, John E. Doyle and his wife, Karla of Philadelphia, PA and Peter J. Doyle of New York City, NY; two daughters, Lorraine M. Posobiec and her husband, John of E. Norriton, PA and Mary E. Doyle of Phoenixville, PA; four grandchildren: Jack, Kevin, Catherine and Dylan; a sister, Bernadette Sherm of Palm Harbor, FL; many nephews and nieces; and his former wife, Janice (McCarthy) Doyle.
