He worked as an engineer.Born in Scranton, PA on March 1, 1951, he was a son of Bernard J. and Mary T. (Stage) Gallagher. He was the husband of Patricia (Foley) Gallagher. Also surviving are 8 brothers and sisters.Funeral services and interment are private at the request of the family.
