Joseph W. Gold

Joseph William Gold, Jr., 66, passed away on Friday, June 27, after a short illness. Joe loved his family ~ especially his kids. That love was deep, unconditional, and the one thing he held onto no matter what came his way.

He is survived by his adored and devoted daughter, Shawna, his son Brett, whom he was endlessly proud of, and his cherished granddaughter Sunny Smith, the light of his later years.

He is survived by his sister Barbara, who, along with her husband, Bob Allen provided unwavering care and support, especially in his final years. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Gold, of New Castle, Delaware, and his sister, Cathy Gold Gibson of Tennessee. Many nieces and nephews carry his memory forward. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph William Gold and Evelyn Pennington, his brother Rick, and his nephew, Matt Allen. Services will be private. His daughter and son will give him the sendoff he would have wanted ~ simple, heartfelt, and full of love.

We will miss our dad endlessly.
