Joseph P. Governa passed away peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2012 at Keystone House in Wyndmoor, PA. He was 89. Mr. Governa was a resident of Philadelphia, PA. He worked as a mailman for the US Postal Service. Joseph was a US Army veteran. Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 22, 1923, he was a son of hte late Giacoma and Raffaela (Donato) Governa. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
