Joseph "Joey" Tyler White

Joseph “Joey” Tyler White passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in Huntington Beach, California. He was 24. Mr. White was a resident of Bridgeport, PA. He worked as a laborer in the environmental field, as well as various restaurants and retail stores in the area. Joey was an artistic person who enjoyed drawing, ceramics, listening to music, playing the guitar, taking videos with his camera, skateboarding and snowboarding. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking and kayaking in Milford, PA with his family. One of his passions was traveling across the country with friends to see the Grateful Dead. Above all music was his true passion and held a special place in his life. Joey had a special way of connecting with people and will always be remembered for being an easy going, loving, gentle person with a warm and welcoming heart. Born in Wynnewood, PA on January 13, 1995, he was a son of Joseph K. and Dorothann M. (Stonier) White of Bridgeport, PA. Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Jacob F. “Jake” White and a sister, Abigail G. “Abby” White, both of Bridgeport, PA; paternal grandmother, Isabel Alfano of Exton, PA; maternal grandparents, Charles F. and Eileen Stonier of Blue Bell, PA; Loving Aunts & Uncles; Bill and Susan White III, Michael White, Celeste Hallahan, Amedeo and Julie DiCarlo, Steve and Eileen Burns, Charles Stonier III, Charles Hallahan Jr. and Gary Silver. Cousins; Charles and Lisa Hallahan III, Brittany Silver, Kelcey Silver, Christopher Hallahan, Creighton Hallahan, Michael DiCarlo and Mario DiCarlo. Many friends; and special friends Elishah Villafuerte-Gomban, Brandon Nichols, Brian Walt, and Ashley Golden; and his dog, Opie. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frederick W. White, III. Relatives & friends are invited to Joey’s viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 Dekalb Street, (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 12noon to 1:50pm with a Prayer Service starting at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joey’s memory to The Road to Recovery Services, 225 7th Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648.
