Joseph M. McDonnell, 88, of Phila., lost his battle with cancer on April 8, 2016. Preceded in death by 3 Brothers. Army veteran of WW II, office manager for N. Y. Life. for 40 years.  Active Church member of St. Albert the Great Church , president of the Pro-Life Group. Avid tennis player, golfer , former club historian and president of the Roosevelt Racquet Club.  Joseph graduated from Northeast Catholic High School , graduated from Manor College Paralegal division.  Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday (April 18) from 9:30 to 10:15 AM at St. Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA. 19006 .  Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cem.
