McHugh, Joseph B., 86, passed away December 7, 2020 at his residence. Joseph was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 11, 1934, a son of the late Madeleine (Walker) and Joseph B. McHugh, Sr. Beloved husband of the late Carol (nee Condron). Loving father of Joseph (Renee) and Thomas (Laura). Grandfather of Joey, Sean, Andrew, Tommy, and Mairead. Brother of Alice Martin, Eileen Mahoney, and Cass Cattie (Jules). Preceded in death by his sister, Bernice Strange. Joseph served in the U.S. Army as an SP4. He worked as a mechanical engineer, after getting his degree from Drexel University. He then started his own HVAC business. He was an avid fisherman, who spent summers in Brigantine and winters in Islamorada, perfecting his craft. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday from 9:00-10:15 AM. Masks and social distancing will be required. The funeral mass will follow for immediate family only, but will be streamed live. Please go to his obituary on our website and click on watch event.
