Joseph K. Thomas

Joseph K. Thomas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, surrounded by his loving family at Towne Manor West in Norristown, PA. He was 86. Mr. Thomas was a resident of E. Norriton, PA. He worked as a shipper for the ESL Company in King Manor, PA and the former Alan Wood Steel Company. Mr. Thomas was a US Navy veteran of WW II, serving from 1945 to 1949. Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 15, 1927, he was a son of the late Clayton and Marguerite (Lance) Thomas. He was the husband of the late Anne T. (Bolger) Thomas. Surviving is his loving family including two sons, Joseph L. (Cindy) Thomas of Robesonia, PA and Brian J. Thomas of E. Norriton, PA; a daughter, Kathleen Thomas of Collegeville, PA; and three grandchildren: Matthew Minnick, Mark & Eric Thomas. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alicia Minnick.
