Joseph Francis Wallace

Joseph Francis Wallace passed away peacefully on Friday, July 23, 2021 at his home in Lewes, Delaware. He was 83. Mr. Wallace was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Widener College in Business Administration and worked as a Federal Agent for the US Department of Agriculture for over 20 years. Joseph was a former member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. He was a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, and a member of the Lion’s Club, American Legion, Rotary Club of Phoenixville, Blinded Veterans Association, Blinded Golfers Association, Ski for Light in Norway and VA Olympic Ski for Light. Joseph was a US Army Veteran Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 1, 1937, he was a son of the late Charles Lees and Mary (Melvin) Wallace. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 65 years, Virginia M. (Snock) Wallace; 2 sons, Joseph M. (Karen) Wallace and the Honorable Paul R. Wallace; 3 daughters, Gini (Michael) DiStefano, Kristine (Gary) Kuhna and Barbie Santangelo; 11 grandchildren: Alisa (Christopher) Laing, Michael DiStefano, Benjamin (Lisa) Wallace, Esq., Kevin Kuhna, Gina Marie Santangelo, Ellie Wallace, Darin S. Santangelo, Mark Kuhna, Kacy Wallace, Nicolette Santangelo and Kelly Wallace; 4 great-grandchildren: Gavin, Travis, Colton and Helena; 2 brothers, Jack Wallace and Thomas (Dottie) Wallace. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Ann Wallace; and a brother, Charles Wallace. Relatives & friends are invited to Joseph’s Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
