Joyce E. Bodge

Joyce E. (Rodenbaugh) Bodge passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Parkhouse Nursing & Rehab. in Royersford, PA. She was 65. Mrs. Bodge was a resident of Norristown, PA. She worked as a Home Care Aide for many years. Joyce’s greatest joy was babysitting her granddaughter. Born in Norristown, PA on February 5, 1956, she was a daughter of the late George and Marie (Spurio) Rodenbaugh. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 35 years, George H. Bodge Jr.; two daughters, Sarah Jo Volpe and her husband, Michael and Samantha Bodge; a step-daughter, Sharon Hausmann; three grandchildren; Starr Volpe, Brandan Hausmann and Savanna Pulcher; a brother, Blaine Rodenbaugh; three sisters: Bonnie Buggey and her husband, Kevin, Melissa Dannaker and Michelle Ballard; and many other loving family members. Relatives and friends are invited to Joyce’s viewing at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 6 to 8:00 pm.
