Joyce R Milner

Joyce R. Milner, 73, of Collegeville, PA passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 at Phoenixville Hospital. She was born in Norristown to the late William R. and Reba E. (Bechtel) Rowan Sr. Her husband, Ralph H. Milner and Brother William R. Rowan Jr. also preceded her in death. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed reading and had a love of animals and gardening. She helped her husband run their family business Ralph Milner Auto Repair of Fairview Village and then took over after he passed in 2011. She is survived by 3 children, Christopher Milner (Regina), Rebecca Milner (Robert), and Jennifer Milner (Bruce). 1 brother, Gary Rowan (Michele), 5 great grandchildren, Christopher, William, Bruce, Michael, and Daniel Family and Friends are invited to attend a viewing from 10 AM to 11 AM Monday, October 12, 2015 followed by a funeral service at 11 AM at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home 101 N. Park Ave (Rt. 363 Trooper) Norristown, PA.
