Judith T. Feltner

Judith T. (Toner) Feltner passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She was 75. Judith was a resident of Coatesville, PA. She worked as a stocker for Kohl's Department Store. Born in West Chester, PA on November 3, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Joseph O. and Ruby D. (Davis) Toner. She is the wife of Argle Carlos "Carl" Feltner. Funeral services will be private.
