Judith Dolores Ramos

Judith Dolores Ramos, 63, of Philadelphia, PA passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at her daughter’s residence in Wyncote, Montgomery County.

Judith (Judi) was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 15, 1959, a daughter of the late Angela (nee Cruz) and Miguel A. Alvarez. She was preceded in death by her son, Eric, Brothers Juan and Marcos, and Sister Carmen. She is survived by her daughter, Lourdes Castillo (Carlos), granddaughter, Alanis, sisters Teresa, Lydia, Elizabeth, Angela and Lourdes, brothers Miguel, Carlos and Rafael. She also leaves behind numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

An avid dog lover, Judi loved to sing and was a member of several choirs. She enjoyed hiking, reading and painting. Above all, Judi loved her family. From making countless happy memories to overcoming tragedies there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do, always providing love, support, and guaranteed shenanigans. Energetic and adventurous, that was definitely Judi. When she walked in the room everyone smiled. She would fill you with such joy and love for life. This was a gift she gave to us all.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing from 10 AM to 12 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home, 507 West Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046. Luncheon to follow at Wyncote House Social Room, 25 Washington Lane, Wyncote, PA 19095.
