Judy Ruffing

Judy Elizabeth Ruffing (nee Jenkins) passed away peacefully on December 8, 2023 at her residence in Phoenixville, PA with her husband, Charles, by her side. She was 75. Born on February 2, 1948 in Lakewood, OH, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Mary Jenkins.

Judy is survived by her loving family including her husband, Charles H. Ruffing, Jr.; two sons, Charles H. Ruffing, III and his wife, Bri and Robert Ruffing and his wife, Mia; her daughter, Jaclyn Ruffing; and four grandchildren, Evelyn, Grace, Jackson, and Lachlan.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
