Karen M. (DeMutis) Marchese passed away after an illness on Friday, September 29, 2017 at her residence in Pottstown, PA. She was 55. Karen worked as a Xray technician for over 30 years. Born in Norristown, PA on September 7, 1962, she was a daughter of Charles J. and Josephine (Smaraglia) DeMutis. Surviving is her loving family including 2 sons, Justin and Eric; a daughter Tara; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Travis. Funeral services and interment will be private.
