Karen D. Stifnell

Karen D. Stifnell passed away peacefully after a long illness on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Mercy Suburban Hospital in E. Norriton, PA. She was 64. Karen was a resident of Blue Bell, PA. She worked as a registered nurse in the Oncology Department of Fox Chase Hospital. She was a member of the American Nurses Association and the Oncology Association. Born in Norristown, PA on February 15, 1950, she was a daughter of Luch Stifnell and the late Theresa E. (Muscatello) Stifnell. Surviving in addition to her father is a son, John Goodchild of Blue Bell, PA. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael, and a brother, Louis Stifnell. Funeral services and interment are private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Karen's memory to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
