Katherine M. Myers

Katherine (Kenderdine) Myers passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, December 19, 2014, at Regina Nursing Center in Norristown, PA. She was 92. Mrs. Myers worked for many years as an accounting clerk for Bell Telephone in Conshohocken, PA and was a member of the Bell Telephone Pioneers. Born in Norristown, PA on September 11, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Anna (McGettigan) Kenderdine. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Joan E. Ridge of Lansdale, PA; a son, John W. (Theresa) Myers, Sr. of Norristown, PA; seven grandchildren: Pam, Courtney, Michael, James, John Jr., Christina and Michael; seven great-grandchildren: Colton, McKenzie, Gabrielle, Madison, Ethen, Savanna and Jackson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward B. Myers; a son, Edward D. Myers; a daughter-in-law, Lucy Rose Myers; three brothers, Harry, Ralph and Charles Kenderdine; and a sister, Marie Cox.Katherine's funeral mass will be at Saint Patrick's Church, located at 714 DeKalb St., Norristown, PA 19401 on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 10:00 am. Her family will be receiving visitors from 8:30 AM until 9:50 AM, at the church. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Norristown, PA.
