Kathleen Barbara Ranalli

Kathleen Barbara Ranalli (Smith) died peacefully on January 10, 2026, at the age of 75 in Paoli Hospital.

Kathleen is survived by John, her loving husband of 55 years and her daughter Donna Acquaviva; Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Catherine (Rempfer) Smith.

Kathleen was born on December 07, 1950, in Philadelphia, PA.  At the age of 18 on her first trip away as an adult, she met John on Wildwood's boardwalk, and he quickly became the love of her life. They began married life together in Southwest Philadelphia where they spent many happy years together and later took up residency in the Collegeville Area.

Kathleen was a dedicated Paralegal her entire career, always lending a caring ear and helping hand to clients in need and friends alike.

She was an active member of St. Theresa of Avila parish. Kathleen was a true angel here on earth and a blessing to all that knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Kathleen's viewing on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am; followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am, both are being held at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, 101 N. Park Ave., Trooper, PA. 19403.
